Do sepia pills for mood swings actually work? I bought them from a organic store and was wondering..?

I went to my local organic store- they have alot of pills that are so posed to be good for you…I bought the Sepia pills that are for mood swings…bipolar moods what ever….has anyone tried these type pills b4? du they work? are there side effects?

haven’t heard about that, but there are quite a few studies done in Europe (I think Germany, actually) that seem to support St. John’s Wort more for depressive symptoms and Kava Kava – often taken in tea form, although they do sell capsules – for anxiety. Other than that – maybe you need a light box for depressive symptoms?? I haven’t really heard of any herbal stuff for the manic symptoms, though, except like I say, kava for the anxiety…
