What labels should I look for? How can I tell the difference between non organic and organic when I look at two different packages or try to eat them? I live in Europe Denmark near farms if that helps, thanks 
In Denmark products with the red Ø-stamp (statskontrolleret økologisk) are organic, and the production of these are controlled by the Danish authorities which have very strict requirements for organic production.

I’m into organic and natural foods and products but would like more than they have at my local grocery stores and there aren’t many whole food or natural stores nearby. (products: seventh generation, diapers, body products, cleaners, clothing, food)

Not talking about veg or local produce so please don’t suggest the age old ‘veg box’ scheme which, from what I have seen, always contain old produce.
I have found a really good tomato ketchup in Lidl of all places and would willingly add it to a list of recommendations for organic groceries.

I know that a local health food shop and cafe sells it around where I live, in North Lincolnshire.

…and shop at Vons or Safeway?
Are you a bulk buyer and shop at Costco or Sam’s Club? Or are you the cheaper the better and shop at Wal-Mart? Maybe in the area where you live you don’t get a choice.
