basically every supermarket around here has a lot of organic items but I would look for Whole Foods store because they are all organic

organic veges are available, raw milk, wild honey,unpolished rice or colored rice which are already available in supermarkets, also organic soya milk and tofu. Sometimes, organic meat are available. Organic fertilizers are also available.
Just across the street, the Quezon Memorial Circle, there are stalls there that sells a lot of organic goods too. I think it’s daily.

Does it just have to say "wild caught" on the can?

I like to get the "Chunk White" and "Albacore" tuna. They have less mercury in them than "Chunk Light." Technically, most tuna are "wild caught" and most won’t say that on the can specifically.

I am going to visit my mom in Idaho Falls next week and I eat only organic foods. I am having trouble finding a store that sells organics there. Is there anything like Whole Foods or Sprouts that I can get my groceries from, or am I stuck getting them from the regular markets like Safeway?

The only place that I know of in Idaho Falls is DC Natural Foods.
